Monon Telephone Company Inc.® agrees to check your telephone equipment for trouble in the event you report your telephone service is not operating. If the trouble is in your equipment the Monon Telephone Company Inc.® will furnish a "loaner telephone" at no charge for use while your equipment is being repaired or replaced by you.

The "loaner telephone" may be used for four weeks without charge and should be returned to the Monon Telephone Company Inc.® when your equipment is repaired or replaced. If the loaner telephone is not returned the Monon Telephone Company Inc.® will pick it up at your location for a charge of $8.00.

No charge is made for the trip to check the telephone equipment when you report your service is not operating. The trip charge to check equipment not covered by an agreement is now $35.00.

**If you own your telephone equipment, you may consider a SERVICE AGREEMENT to insure that you will have a working telephone and that you will not be charged a $35.00 "trip charge" to check out your equipment in the event your equipment puts your line out.
